About Me:

Brita has over 10 years of experience providing tax and accounting services both in public practice and private industry. She began her career at Ernst & Young in their Real Estate Tax Group. While there she provided tax compliance and consulting services to complex multi-tier partnerships, hotel groups, and real estate companies. Brita then worked in the in-house tax department of a publicly traded REIT before joining JGD in 2016. She now leverages her experiences serving a variety of clients including high net worth individuals, trusts and estates, as well as partnerships and corporations. Her clients include real estate investors, developers, sellers, and family offices, as well as personal service businesses and their owners.

Brita holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of San Diego where she graduated summa cum laude. As a San Diego native, Brita enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband exploring all that Southern California has to offer.
